Products we offer, manufactured by other companies, include coverage under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Before shipping any order, all products manufactured in-house undergo a final inspection to ensure quality. We closely examine our custom made branding heads and take imprints (using an inkpad). The imprints are then closely reviewed to make sure the marks are both clear and complete. All imprinted cards are saved in our files for future reference.
In addition to your ordered products we enclose our Instructions & Care literature. You can also visit our Instructions & Care page for possible updates. A Packing Slip (which reflects all items listed on the Sales Order e-mailed to you at an earlier date) will also be enclosed in your packaged order. Please keep in mind that some products may include the manufacturers’ pamphlets. We recommend that you review and save these pamphlets for manufacturer warranty information. If need be, contact us directly with any concerns and issues, and we will do whatever’s necessary.
