Shipping Information
Stock Products
Stock products, or off-the-shelf products, are kept in inventory
and ship out in 2-5 business days. For large stock orders please allow for additional time.
Special orders may take 5 business days or more.
Custom Products
There are two elements to consider when purchasing a custom made branding iron, production duration & shipping. Production duration is the time we take to make the branding iron, shipping is the time it takes to be delivered to your location AFTER production is complete.
Production Duration
Production duration is the time it takes to create the custom product.
Options:
Non-Rush – Standard Production (usually 10 business days)
Rush – Expedited Production (3-5 business days, depending on the product)
Super-Rush – Fastest Production available (2 Business days)
Delivery
Delivery is time in transit from the day it leaves our facility to the day you receive your order.
When You Have a Deadline to Meet:
Both production duration and time in transit need to be considered when placing an order.
BIU offers 3 production speeds on most items. Standard Production takes up to 10 days to complete the order, RUSH is 5 business days (3 on an IPPC Pallet Brander) and SUPER RUSH has the order complete in 2 business days.
However, if you order a branding iron with SUPER RUSH Production and select UPS Ground, the item may not arrive before your deadline. While BIU will have the order ready for delivery in 2 business days, the delivery times of UPS Ground vary by location.
We will be happy to assist you with the available options to ensure that you receive your order by your deadline.
