Refund & Return Policy
Cancellation Policy on Stock Items: We accept order cancellations for stock/off the shelf products before the order ships, and we issue a full refund. Please contact us to request a cancellation.
Cancellation Policy on Custom Items: Prior to production Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. handles cancellation requests on a case by case basis. Any order that is cancelled after artwork services have begun is subject to a cancellation fee based on the amount of work completed. Please note: There are no refunds on custom products once production has started.
If the product received is defective upon arrival, Infinimark Enterprises, Inc.will provide the customer with a return label for the defective item and issue a replacement item or refund the customer once the item is received by Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. and inspected.
If the product received is incorrect or not as ordered, Infinimark Enterprises, Inc.will provide the customer with a return label for the defective item and issue a replacement item or refund the customer once the item is received by Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. and inspected.
Damaged Boxes with Damaged Content: (1) Do NOT ship the box or damaged contents back to Infinimark Enterprises, Inc.. (2) Hold on to the damaged box, inner packaging materials and damaged contents. (3) Promptly notify Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. and we will file a claim on your behalf. (4) Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Products That Come In Sealed Packages: Because Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. cannot accept returns of Products once they have been opened, before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct Product. If the supplier’s original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the Product to Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. does not charge a restocking fee.
Products That Do Not Come In Sealed Packages: All custom-made Products are non-refundable. Stock items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) if they were not used and are in perfect condition.
Returnable products must be shipped or delivered to Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. Please contact us by phone or email to initiate a return request. The customer is responsible for creating their own return label. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
For stock/off the shelf products, if customers change their mind about the purchased product or ordered the incorrect item within 30 days of receipt, they can return the item by shipping it to our location at their own expense , once the item is received and has passed inspection, Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. will issue a refund for the returned product(s) excluding shipping and handling fees.
Refunds are issued within 2 business days after Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. receives the returned item(s)
Refunds are processed within 6-10 business days and funds are returned to the original payment method.
Infinimark Enterprises, Inc. does not accept returns for used products.
