How to submit your artwork:

Requirements: Black artwork on a white background, with no grey shading or colors, saved as a vector based or high res (at least 600+dpi) raster format. After you place your order, if you have not submitted your artwork, we will reach out to you to confirm the logo or text you would like produced on the branding head. If you choose to submit your logo and we have any questions regarding the artwork you have submitted, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.

We purchased this item as a birthday gift for our son who does woodwork. Today he received it and was so happy to get it. He went to his workshop and tried it out on various types of wood. I ordered this branding iron (Flame heat) for my son-in-law. He has tested it out and loves it! Very cool.
He designed the image and I submitted the .pdf file. You then requested a 'vector' file which I had never heard of before. You wanted to charge an artist fee to convert to this special format. There was no note of this additional charge on your website. I was able to Google 'Vector file' and convert it myself. I feel that you should convert the file for the customer. It took less than 2 minutes!
