How to submit your artwork:
Requirements: Black artwork on a white background, with no grey shading or colors, saved as a vector based or high res (at least 600+dpi) raster format. After you place your order, if you have not submitted your artwork, we will reach out to you to confirm the logo or text you would like produced on the branding head. If you choose to submit your logo and we have any questions regarding the artwork you have submitted, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.

I didn’t receive a proof to approve ahead of time so I didn’t know what to expect. I also wasn’t sure how crisp/clean it would be because I worried there was too much detail in what I asked for but when I opened the box it looked so great! I went out to my parents room gift it to my dad. He was sitting in the garage working on a project and I shook my head and laughed when I saw his propane torch sitting on the work bench in front of him. Told him I had something for him. He was so excited. He said he had been looking at them for over a year. Told him I never knew they existed. We fired it up right then and there. It took a couple times to figure out how hot you need it. And we decided it’s best to have scrap wood there while you’re heating it up. Once you get a good clean image THEN press your project. Otherwise you could get nothing (not hot enough) or too much which leaves a scorched look. *if that happens though a light rub with sandpaper can fix a lot of it.
